We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and close to shops if we needed anything. The staff were extremely friendly and made our reservation process so easy. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we could possibly need. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus and allowed us to stay connected. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were great for relaxation, and we also appreciated the fitness center for our workouts. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting this area.

Management charging me for a phone call to the reception which was supposed to be open until 10pm & I phoned around 9.30pm to tell them we would be leaving early & nobody there, otherwise everything was fine

The rooms were clean, tidy and relatively modern.

Not enough guest parking spaces. Guests who have a vehicle should have an allocated parking space during their stay.

We loved the spacious two bedroom unit with comfy beds, daily room servicing, and well-equipped kitchen. The air conditioning was a big plus. The friendly staff made our stay even better. They provided flawless instructions for our midnight check-in, and were always helpful and welcoming.

I found the apartment very clean well set up and everything was there that you would need, next time I would request a room with a balcony just that little bit of extra room for breakfast.

What I did not like was party going on outside apartments at all hours around 3pm in the morning stubs all over laws even full ones.

During our New Year's stay, we were impressed by the spacious and well-equipped apartment. The kitchen facilities and washing machine were very helpful, and the comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. We appreciated the friendly staff and the convenient location close to local restaurants. we enjoyed a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We did encounter a few issues during our stay. Firstly, the lack of lift made it difficult to carry heavy luggage up the stairs, and the parking spaces were often tight and limited. Secondly, the balcony was not a pleasant experience as smoking was allowed, resulting in a strong smell of smoke in the air. despite these drawbacks, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We recently had a romantic getaway and couldn't have chosen a better location. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with a kitchenette, allowing us to cook meals in-room, and the bedding was super comfortable. the staff were friendly and welcoming, ready to assist with anything we needed. The hotel's excellent location made it easy for us to walk to nearby shops and attractions.

The worn-out towels with tears were definitely a letdown. we had a lovely stay, but for what we paid, we expected higher quality towels.

The maintenance of the rooms needs improvement, with flickering lights, missing bathroom plugs, and greasy dinner plates.
